Coaching institute website design in India
Admission season is decided on a phone screen. Parents compare two or three institutes before they visit any of them. Give them your batches, fees, faculty and results in one place.
Parents shortlist before they ever call you
A poster outside the building reaches the street. A website reaches every parent who searches your class name after hearing about you from a neighbour.
Results are your best sales pitch
Toppers, percentages and selections sitting in a WhatsApp status disappear in 24 hours. On a website they work all year.
Hidden fees cost you enquiries
When a parent cannot find the fee, they assume it is high. Institutes that publish fee structures get fewer calls and more admissions.
Faculty decides the choice
Parents want to know who actually teaches. Names, subjects and qualifications on a page beat a generic "experienced faculty" line.
Sections built for coaching institutes
Batches and timings
Class 8 to 12, JEE, NEET, MHT-CET, foundation. Each batch with timings, seat count and start date.
Fee structure table
Course-wise fees with instalment options and any sibling or early-bird discount stated clearly.
Results and toppers
Year-wise results with student photos, marks and selections. Updated every result season.
Admission enquiry form
Student name, class and preferred batch land on your WhatsApp and email at the same time.
Classroom gallery
Photos of the classrooms, lab and library. Parents look for clean, well-lit spaces before they visit.
Downloadable material
Syllabus PDFs, sample papers and the admission form, ready to download or share on WhatsApp.
Should you publish your fee structure?
Most institute owners say no, because they want the parent to visit first and get convinced in person.
What happens instead: the parent finds three institutes, two show fees, yours does not. They assume yours is the expensive one and visit the other two. You never hear about the enquiry you lost.
Publishing fees does three things. It filters out parents who were never going to pay your rate, so your counselling time goes to serious enquiries. It signals confidence. And it gets you found for searches like "coaching class fees in [your city]", which nobody else in your area is targeting.
If you compete on price with a nearby institute, publish a fee range and the instalment plan rather than an exact number.
Getting found before admission season
Parents search in bursts. April to June for school batches, and right after board results for JEE and NEET coaching. A site published a week before that rush has no time to rank.
Google usually needs two to three months to trust a new page for local searches. Build in January and February, and you are visible when the searches arrive.

Coaching website questions
How much does a coaching institute website cost in India?
₹6,999 for a one-page site and ₹14,999 for a 5-page institute website with batches, fees, faculty, results and an admission enquiry form. Domain and hosting for the first year are included.
Can I add new batches and results myself?
Send the update on WhatsApp and we publish it, usually the same day. It is free for the first 30 days, and included in the ₹999 monthly care plan after that.
Can parents pay fees on the website?
Yes, with a Razorpay or UPI integration for ₹3,500 extra. Most institutes start without it and add it after the first admission season.
Do you add online class links?
Yes. A student login area with class links and study material is part of the Growth package.
How soon before admission season should I build it?
Two to three months, so Google has time to index and rank the pages. Building in January or February works well for the April to June rush.
Will it work for a single home tutor?
Yes. The Starter package covers a tutor teaching a few batches at home, with subjects, timings, fees and a WhatsApp button.
