The information on this website is for learning about Webgyre’s services and requesting a conversation, estimate or demo. You may not use the website in a way that damages, disrupts or attempts to gain unauthorised access to it.
Estimates and service scope
Calculator figures and package prices are estimates, not a binding quote. The final scope, price, delivery timeline, payment schedule, revisions and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Client content and approvals
Clients are responsible for having permission to use the text, images, logos, testimonials, trademarks and other material they provide. Clients should check site content, contact details, pricing, policies and final pages before approving a launch.
Third-party services
Webgyre sells website design and development work only. It does not sell, resell, provide or bill for domain registration, web hosting, email hosting or server services. Clients buy those directly from third-party providers, in the client's own name and on the client's own account, and pay those providers directly. Webgyre configures what the client has bought as part of the build, at no charge, and never takes payment for it. Websites may use third-party services such as domain registrars, hosting providers, payment providers, maps and WhatsApp. Their availability, fees and terms are controlled by those providers.
Intellectual property
The Webgyre brand, website design and original content may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of a client project is handled in the written project agreement.
