What a website actually costs in India
Search for website prices in India and you will find ₹999 offers next to ₹1.5 lakh proposals. Both are real. They are selling different things.

What actually moves the price
Page count is what everyone quotes on, and it is the least important factor. These four matter more.
1. Template or custom design
A template is bought once and resold to hundreds of businesses. It is cheap because the design work already happened, for someone else. Custom means someone looks at your business, your competitors and your customers, and designs for that. Expect a 5x to 10x difference for the same page count.
2. Who writes the content
Most quotes assume you will send finished text. Very few business owners do, and the project stalls for weeks. If the price includes writing your services, prices, FAQs and headings, it will be higher and it will actually finish.
3. Whether SEO is real or a checkbox
"SEO friendly" on a quote usually means the developer filled in a title tag. Real SEO work means researching what people search in your category and city, then building pages around those phrases. That is billable hours and it shows in the price.
4. What happens after launch
Some quotes end the day the site goes live. Others include a month or three of edits. Ask this before you compare two numbers, because a cheap site with paid edits at ₹500 a change gets expensive by month three.
The costs that show up later
The build fee is one number. These recur every year, and a surprising number of quotes leave them out.

For a normal small business site, plan on about ₹2,500 to ₹5,000 a year to keep it running after year one.
Why we price the way we do
We are a small team, so there is no sales floor or account manager cost baked into your invoice. Sites are hand-coded rather than assembled from plugins, which takes us less time than it sounds and gives you a page that loads in about a second.
We also build the demo before you pay. That costs us a few hours on projects that never close, and it saves you from paying for something you have not seen.
Pricing questions
Why do some companies offer a website for ₹999?
It is a stock template with your name swapped in, on shared hosting, and the renewal charges arrive later. As a placeholder it is fine. It will not rank on Google and it will not convert visitors, because nothing about it was designed for your business.
Is there any monthly fee?
Not unless you choose the ₹999 care plan. The package price is one payment. From year two you pay domain and hosting renewal, which you can pay directly to the provider if you prefer.
Do you take payment in instalments?
Yes. 50 percent to start, 50 percent when the site goes live. For the Growth package we can split it three ways.
Is a 5-page website enough?
For most clinics, coaching institutes and local services, yes. Home, services, about, gallery and contact covers what customers check before they call. You need more pages once you want to rank for several separate searches.
What if I already have a domain and hosting?
We deduct ₹1,800 from the package price and build on what you have, as long as the hosting is not something that will slow the site down.
Do you give a GST invoice?
Yes, on request. Prices listed are exclusive of GST.
