One-time recovery
For a lawn that needs to be brought back, not maintained.
- Soil & shade assessment
- Core aeration
- Top-dress + overseed
- Weed spot treatment
- Watering plan in writing
We mow, edge, aerate, top-dress and overseed — and we tell you honestly what is wrong before we quote. No "24-hour green lawn" promises, no contracts you cannot cancel.
Yellow patches, weeds through the lawn, dry spots near the tap — the surface story is almost never the whole story. We dig a little deeper before we touch a thing.
A patchy lawn is a symptom. The cause is usually in the soil, the watering, or the cutting height. We name the cause, then we plan the work.
Usually compaction or fungal — not "needs more water." A 30-minute soil check tells us which.
Cause · Compaction, drainage, fungalHealthy dense grass outcompetes most weeds. If weeds are winning, the grass is the problem.
Cause · Thin turf, scalped cut, poor soilTop-dress, overseed, water consistently. We do not promise a fix in two weeks — we promise the right process.
Cause · Wear, shade, pet urine, grubsCompacted soil does not drain. Aeration and topdressing fix the cause, not the symptom.
Cause · Compaction, thatch, low spotsA half-inch of thatch is fine. More than that suffocates the lawn. We dethatch or aerate depending on depth.
Cause · Over-fertilising, infrequent cuttingUsually a watering rhythm problem, not a grass problem. Deep, infrequent watering beats daily sprinkling.
Cause · Shallow watering, wrong time of dayThe grass is the smallest part. The soil, the thatch layer and the root depth are what decide whether your lawn survives an Indian summer or comes back to life in October.
A 1,200 sq ft residential lawn in Pune. Same camera position, same dimensions, same neighbours. The recovery took eight weeks of seasonal work, not one magic visit.

The transformation is real, but it is not magic. It is a sequence of small, well-timed interventions.
Each step has a purpose. We do not skip a step, and we do not sell a step that is not needed. The order matters more than the frequency.
We come, look at the lawn, dig a small core, and tell you what is going on under the surface. No charge.
Step 01Sharp blades, 2.5–3 inches, clean edges. Cutting too short is the most common cause of weeds and yellow patches.
Step 02Core aeration opens the subsoil. Best done in the active growing season — spring or early autumn — not in summer heat.
Step 03A thin layer of compost-sand mix over the lawn, then quality seed matched to your light and use. Water daily for two weeks.
Step 04Mostly by hand and density. Spot treatment only where the grass cannot outcompete. We avoid blanket herbicide.
Step 05Deep, infrequent watering, ideally early morning. We will tell you how long to run your sprinkler — and when to stop.
Step 06India does not have a temperate lawn calendar. The work in March is not the work in August. We work with the season, not against it.
The recovery season. Aerate, top-dress, overseed, and water consistently.
The survival season. Cut high, water deep, accept some browning. No heavy work in peak heat.
The growing season. Mow often, watch for drainage, repair what the rain revealed.
The slow season. Less growth, less cutting. Winter is the best time to plan spring work.
No lock-in. Cancel any month. We earn the next visit, not the contract.
For a lawn that needs to be brought back, not maintained.
For a lawn that is mostly there, and needs to stay that way.
For a lawn that needs a real reset, then a 12-month plan.
We work within a defined radius from each city base. If you are outside it, we can usually refer you to a partner — or wait until we open there.
The first assessment is free. We look at the photos, then we come for a site visit if it makes sense. No sales call before we have a real read on the lawn.
If your lawn needs a structural change to the soil, we say so. If it just needs better watering, we say so. Either way, the work is honest.
Monthly care is monthly. You can stop, pause, or skip a month with a WhatsApp message. We do not lock you in.
Send 3–4 photos on WhatsApp and we will tell you in writing whether a site visit is worth your time. Often the answer is yes; sometimes it is a different specialist.
