Industries we serve

Five sectors.
One operating standard.

Each sector has its own traffic, climate and brand expectation. The disciplines that hold — circulation, shade, durability, water — are the same.

Workplace

IT parks, corporate offices, BFSI campuses. Structured planting, generous shade, low-allergen species.

From 0.5 acre

Hotel & hospitality

Boutique hotels, business hotels, resorts. Atmospheric planting, evening lighting, guest circulation.

From 1 acre

Campus & education

Universities, schools, training centres. Activity-aware planting, durable species, year-round interest.

From 2 acres

Retail & F&B

High streets, malls, restaurants, cafés. Brand-aligned planting, year-round colour, low maintenance.

Any scale

Housing & society

Residential townships, plotted developments, RWA upgrades. Shared courtyards, walking paths, child-safe planting.

The plan

Seven zones,
one site.

A commercial landscape fails when zones are an afterthought. We plan the site as one system, with seven named functions, before a single species is chosen.

The arrival

The first 15 seconds
set the tone.

The arrival sequence is the part of the property a guest or employee experiences first. It is the part most often left to chance. We treat it as the most important 15 seconds of the site.

The arrival sets the tone for everything that follows. Planted avenues · Porte-cochère · Wayfinding
i

Planted avenues

A single species, repeated on both sides of the drive. Reads as one gesture from the gate. Mature specimens, not saplings.

ii

Porte-cochère

Generous shade over the drop-off. Structural planting reads as part of the architecture, not decoration in front of it.

iii

Wayfinding

Subtle, integrated into the planting, not bolted on. The landscape is the first thing the visitor reads, and the first thing they remember.

Three case studies

Different properties.
Same discipline.

Three concept projects, each in a different sector. The challenges and the brief are different, but the planning approach is the same: site zoning first, planting list last.

Case 01 · Concept

Techco Park, Bengaluru

A 6-acre IT campus expansion. The brief asked for a landscape that improved the existing campus without disrupting the working hours of 4,000 people. The plant list was chosen for low-allergen species and year-round coverage.

Case 02 · Concept

The Mira Boutique, Goa

A 28-room heritage hotel. The brief was a landscape that earned its place in the guest's photographs without competing with the architecture. The lighting plan was designed in the same drawing as the planting plan.

Case 03 · Concept

Meenakshi Township, Hyderabad

A 14-acre residential society's 8-year-old landscape, due for a renewal. The brief was to keep what worked, replace what had failed, and design for the next 20 years. The maintenance plan was the most important drawing.

Maintenance

A landscape that
lasts twenty years.

A commercial landscape that is not maintained starts failing in the second year. We design for the maintenance plan on day one, with a defined team, a defined cadence, and a defined response time.

The teamOne supervisor, two gardeners, one arborist on call. Per site.

Five-year maintenance contracts, with quarterly reviews.

Most of our commercial work is on a five-year maintenance contract with quarterly review meetings. The first two years are establishment. Years three to five are maturity. The contract is the same; the work changes.

i
Weekly visitMowing, edging, weeding, blowing, bin emptying. The visible side of maintenance.
ii
Monthly horticulturalPruning, feeding, integrated pest management, replacement of any plant under warranty.
iii
Seasonal deep workMulching, soil conditioning, hard prune, irrigation audit. Three times a year.
iv
48-hour responseIf something fails between visits — fallen tree, irrigation leak, storm damage — we are on site within 48 hours.
Water logic

Designed to use less
water than a parking lot.

A well-designed commercial landscape uses 40–60% less water than a comparable lawn. The savings come from plant selection, soil preparation and a smart irrigation system — not from cutting corners.

40–60%

Less water than lawn

A well-designed commercial landscape with drip irrigation and drought-tolerant species uses significantly less water than an equivalent turf area.

2,400+

Soil preparation depth

We prepare the root zone with compost and structural soil to 600 mm before planting. Better soil = less water = healthier plants.

100%

Drip + smart controller

Every plant on drip. Every controller connected to a weather feed. Rain skips irrigation. ET-based scheduling by default.

Stormwater considered from day one.

Most commercial sites have more hardscape than soft. We design the planting to catch, slow and infiltrate the runoff from the building, the drive and the paved areas — reducing the load on the municipal storm system and the developer's stormwater fee.

Working with your team

We join at any
stage.

Most of our commercial work is in collaboration — with architects, developers, project management consultants, and the property's own facilities team. We work the stage you are at.

i

Master planning

Site zoning, plant strategy, irrigation and maintenance philosophy. Drawn with the architect at concept stage.

ii

Design development

Detailed drawings, species selection, material specifications, lighting. Drawn with the project management consultant.

iii

Tender & install

Bill of quantities, contractor shortlist, site supervision, planting season planning. Drawn with the general contractor.

iv

Handover & maintain

Establishment care, replacement of failures, quarterly reviews with the facilities team. A 5-year relationship, not a one-time sale.

Start the conversation

What does the
site need?

The first call is free. We ask about the property, the brief, the architect, the timeline — and tell you honestly what is feasible at your stage and budget.

i
Bidirectional from day one

If you are at concept, we work with your architect. If you are at tender, we work with your PMC. If you are post-handover, we work with your facilities team.

ii
Honest about scope

Sometimes the right answer is "this is a small project, you don't need us." We will tell you if that's the case.

iii
Fixed-fee design

Once the brief is clear, the design fee is fixed in writing. No surprise change orders, no hourly billing.

Tell us about the site.
